NATIONAL RIGHT TO LIFE ENDORSES RALPH NORMAN IN SC 5 ELECTION

WASHINGTON – National Right to Life has endorsed Ralph Norman (R) following the special election in South Carolina’s 5th congressional district to replace former Rep. Mick Mulvaney, who was confirmed as the new Director of the Office of Management and Budget.

"National Right to Life is pleased to endorse Ralph Norman, whose position on life reflects the true values of South Carolina’s voters,” said Karen Cross, National Right to Life political director. “There is a stark contrast between the candidates on life issues. Ralph Norman is pro-life and Archie Parnell supports abortion for any reason.”

Ralph Norman is a strong advocate for life. He supports pro-life legislation, including legislation to protect an unborn child from abortion at the point he or she can feel pain. He also opposes the use of federal funds for abortion.

In contrast, Democrat candidate Archie Parnell supports a policy of abortion on demand, and supports using tax dollars to pay for abortion.

Voters who are concerned with the right to life and with the protection of the most vulnerable members of the human family should vote to send you to Congress, so that you can work to advance vital pro-life public policies,” added Cross.

Founded in 1968, the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC), the federation of 50 state right-to-life affiliates and more than 3,000 local chapters, is the nation's oldest and largest grassroots pro-life organization. Recognized as the flagship of the pro-life movement, NRLC works through legislation and education to protect innocent human life from abortion, infanticide, assisted suicide and euthanasia.
